Many of you may already know what Stitch Fix is, but if you don’t here’s a brief description:
Stitch Fix is a personalized styling service that ships 5 items of clothing/accessories directly to your door (monthly or as often as you choose). When you first sign up you fill out a detailed style questionnaire to give the stylists insight into your personal preferences. You pay a $20 styling fee once you request your “fix”, but if you keep any of the 5 items that $20 gets applied to your order! Plus, if you decide to keep all 5 items you’ll receive 25% off your order. Anything you don’t like gets shipped back to Stitch Fix in their pre-paid envelope, so overall it’s very low risk. There’s also an opportunity to give feedback on all the items, so the stylists will know exactly why you love or hate a particular piece. If you’d like to try Stitch Fix please use my referral code: http://stitchfix.com/referral/4636503
* I am not a spokesperson for Stitch Fix, but if you use my referral link I will receive a credit on my account, so thank you!
Now, back to why I LOVE this service! Anyone who has small children knows how difficult shopping can be. With Stitch Fix, it’s almost like getting a surprise gift right on my doorstep! I’m able to open the box when my little one is sleeping and try on all the items in the comfort of my own home. Plus, I can see how easily these new items may or may not be integrated into my existing wardrobe. The items even come with style cards that show me how to wear them (if you’re like me, these come in handy)!
I’m currently expecting my 3rd “Fix” at the end of the month and plan to include pictures for you to see how the process works! So far I’ve had the same stylist, which is great because I feel like I’m actually building a relationship with her, and she’s learning what I like. I kept one item from my 1st “Fix” and one from my 2nd, but my 2nd “Fix” was so much better than the first!
I could go on and on about this, but I will save some of my thoughts for my next “Fix”! Please feel free to send me any questions 🙂
