I’ve skipped the last few IG Style Challenges due to moving – my clothes are in boxes, totes and bags! We’re in between houses at the moment, staying with family, so the blog posts might be a bit sporadic until we’re settled in again. We did manage to get to a cookout this weekend and had a good time with friends.
I ended up adding a brown belt and swapping the flip flops for brown sandals. Tee and jacket are Stitch Fix, pants are thrifted from Savers, and earrings are Nickel & Suede.
Did any of you get a head start on 4th of July celebrations?
This weekend I went to my local Savers store. I found a few neutral pieces for under $30 (each item cost about $7) which made me pretty happy! Here’s some photos of my finds…
1. Camouflage Pants: these are nice and light weight, great for all seasons.
2. Drawstring Cargo Pants: these are actually a fun raspberry color. I’m not sure if they are supposed to be scrubs or just a good lounge pant, but they are SO comfy – score!
3. Chevron Maxi: I figure a black & gray midi/maxi is always a win. I may try to add straps to this and keep it mid-length.
4. Cargo Skinnies: I’ve been wanting a pair of olive/army green pants for a while, and I like the cargo pockets.
Do you shop at thrift stores? If so, what’s your favorite one?
