DIY: Fabric Art

For this project I decided to repurpose 2 children’s prints that were given to us. I removed the backing from both frames, and discovered there were nice, thick pieces of cardboard already in there. All I had to do was wrap the fabric around the cardboard (like a present), then secure the fabric on the back with masking tape. I like using tape, rather than staples, because it will be easier to change out the fabric in the future if I decide to redecorate. To finish up, simply reattach the backing onto the frames. All I have to do now is decide where to hang my new prints!

Have you tried framing fabric yet?
