Bacon Brussels Sprouts


Package of Brussels sprouts (approx. 2 lbs. cleaned & halved)

5 slices of bacon (cut in 1/2 for easier cooking)

2 tablespoons butter


1. Cook the bacon, remove & crumble (to be added later), retain bacon grease


2. Add the butter to the bacon grease & melt on med-high heat


3. Carefully add Brussels sprouts to pan. Stir to coat. Cook 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until some pieces are browned.

4. Add crumbled bacon back to pan, stir and serve
